Visual Merchandiser

About the role TechIsland Solutions is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join the team in Limassol. The position sits in our Retail & FMCG function, working alongside colleagues who serve clients across Cyprus and, increasingly, elsewhere in the EU. This is an entry-level opening, and we welcome applications from recent graduates and from people changing career. The role is a permanent, full-time position. What you will be doing You will own a clear area of work and be accountable for how it turns out. You will plan your own week against priorities the team agrees together, work closely with the people in neighbouring roles, and take part in the reviews where we decide what to pick up next. Nobody here works in isolation, and nobody is micromanaged. - Deliver the work in your area to a standard the team is happy to put its name to. - Work with colleagues across TechIsland Solutions to unblock the things that cross team boundaries. - Keep clear and honest records, so that someone else can pick your work up when they need to. - Contribute to how the team works, not only to what it produces. - Take part in reviews and share what you have learned with the people around you. What we are looking for We care more about how you think than about how long you have been doing this, so a short CV is not a problem. - Relevant experience in a comparable role, with examples you can talk us through. - Good written and spoken English. Greek is an advantage rather than a requirement. - The right to work in Cyprus, or eligibility to obtain it. - A practical approach to problems, and a willingness to ask when something is unclear.
